Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I write to you on behalf of FIGO and the Scientific Programme Committee to remind you to complete your Pre-Congress Workshop submissions for the XXIII World Congress of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, taking place between 24 and 29 October 2021, in Sydney, Australia.

FIGO is working on developing a concept of a hybrid World Congress, which will allow the global gynaecology and obstetrics community to engage in a virtual space. FIGO will be able to directly reach more health care professionals, and will give you the exposure to a wider audience. We will be in touch in the next months with ideas on how you can engage in the virtual space.

Pre-Congress Workshops:

On Sunday 24th October 2021, Pre-Congress Workshops will be held as part of the FIGO World Congress 2021. With there being a limited number of places in the programme, the final selection will be made by and at the discretion of the Scientific Programme Committee. FIGO will charge an addition to the registration fee to participate in the Pre-Congress Workshops.

We will require a minimum of 25 registered participants for an individual workshop for it to be confirmed.

Pre-Congress Workshops can be either half day or full day.

Please note that Pre-congress Workshop hosts/faculty will be responsible for their own equipment, travel, accommodation and registration costs.
